There are agencies that talk, and there are agencies that act. Conceived by entrepreneur Eddie Pietrucha, TCA acts on behalf of brands in the fast paced, high-powered, sports marketing industry. Having been a collegiate athlete and business owner, Eddie brings his innovative marketing techniques and relationship building tactics, which connect brands to consumers, to the forefront of every project. His hands-on approach often has him involved in every one of TCA’s accounts, leading negotiations and establishing relationships to further client’s objectives. In his free time you’ll often find him playing golf, rooting for his beloved Chicago Bears and traveling to warm weather climates.
With over 15 years of event marketing and management experience, Mike brings his leadership to TCA overseeing marketing and experiential event services. Having worked with brands such as MB Financial, Morgan Stanley and Live Nation to create unique event experiences, Mike applies his extensive background in customer activation for the benefit of TCA’s clients. As an attendee of the prestigious College of Music at the University of North Texas, Mike has also worked as a professional musician for the past 24 years. A Chicago native and huge White Sox fan, Mike enjoys playing golf, marathon/triathlon training and spending time with his wife, Christine, and their dog Baccus.
Ozzie brings a strong bilingual background in public relations, hospitality and broadcast communications to TCA. Having gained a wide range of experiences while working for Univision, CBS Radio and in the public relations department for the Chicago White Sox, Ozzie believes in delivering the client’s message through any means necessary. When he’s not growing TCA’s client roster, you can find the Columbia College grad reading, meeting new people, experiencing new cultures and enjoying various sporting events. Ozzie also claims there are few things more enjoyable in life than eating at a good restaurant.
It’s safe to say baseball is in Oney’s blood. Having grown up the son of one of Major League Baseball’s most recognizable figures, Ozzie Guillen, Oney followed in his father’s footsteps and was selected by the Chicago White Sox in 2007’s MLB Amateur Draft. Following his baseball career, Oney went from the field to the front office, working in the baseball operations department for the Chicago White Sox. Oney is a leader in client communication and acts as the driving force of TCA’s client representation services. During his free time, Oney can be spotted playing basketball, catching up on the latest celebrity gossip, watching movies and eating a good dinner with his family.
